A new face in our Dubai Office

Visitors to our Dubai office will see a new face on our team - that of Sales Engineer, Muzammil Umar.

Muzammil will be providing technical assistance to our Regional Sales Manager, Sayeed, by taking care of technical clarifications, offer preparation and internal sales activities - all tasks that have previously been undertaken by the UK office.

He is perfect for the role: a qualified Mechanical Engineer with approximately six years experience in oil and gas,petrochemical industries and pipe fabrication, Muzammil will bring valuable knowledge and expertise to Corrotherm.

‘I am very excited about my new role,’ said Muzammil, ‘my experience in the industry has prepared me for the technical and sales element of my job.’

Most of his experience has been garnered in the Middle East, where he worked in a similar role for Abu Dhabi based businesses dealing in pipes, fittings, flanges, valves and the like. He has also dealt with major EPC contractors and Abu Dhabi oil and gas companies, so is very familiar with the industries needs in the region. 

‘I am very happy to be a part of the Corrotherm team,’ he smiles, ‘they are excellent, knowledgeable people with a very good reputation. I know I will learn much here, but also know that I will bring valuable expertise to the company and to our customers.’

Muzammil, who is newly married, is looking forward to meeting clients and will soon be doing the rounds with Sayeed.

‘I have some training to do first, but cannot wait to get fully involved.’
